The JWC learning method
The learning method is 20% explanation and instructor demonstration, followed by 80% hands-on practice. Every learner measures, mixes, tastes and adjusts cocktails with direct feedback.

Understand the reason, watch the method, then move to the bar.
You measure, Build, Stir, Shake and finish—not only watch someone else do it.

Judge the result, identify what changed and decide how to improve the next drink.
